Of course he would say that because their is no way to prove it. Just another lie to prolong his case. It didn't work. Also, ANY soldier can qualify as 'sharpshooter.' That means we all have to qualify as either marksman, sharpshooter, or expert. That means nothing either. Also, any male soldier can put in papers to try out for Special Forces with minimal qualifications. It's not until they report that they are initially screened and then weeded out.
