Also southern states experienced a HAARP ring outbreak earlier today that I was not able to record. Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Missouri, Tennessee, and Kentucky from earlier today as well.

The massive CT (Chem Trail Spraying) that went on in TN last Wed/Thurs/Fri. may have had something to do with this too.
I guess if you are accustomed to watching weather patterns as you obviously are, this is pretty odd behavior. I have researched and written about HAARP and its potential, but this AMISR is new to me. I’d like to find out more about this.
