The TSA have said that they will require special driver licenses in order for passengers to board domestic flights from 2016.

The licenses, dubbed ‘Real IDs’, will have background checks performed on everyone who receives them and will feature stars and other markings to indicate good behavior. They may also contain biometric features and RFID chips.
