Really great video. This kid is so smart, he must be home schooled. Your video really says it all. Actually, the government is only about 16% shut down (just the part we the people need), the rest is up and running, so they are still doing all the nasty stuff you discussed in the video, like monitoring these comments. Keep up the good work.
Oh and the answer to the main question as to who is going to do these things? Well it is obvious today that the National Park Service is taking over in the absence of the government.
