Woman Arrested on DUI Charges Sexually Assaulted by Police Officers

Sexual assault or standard procedure?

Sergey Baranov

It goes beyond a doubt that any reasonable person who watches this video would share same feeling. A brutal and illegal strip search conducted on a woman who was arrested for DUI will fit the definition of sexual assault. (1)

It would be shocking enough if that was an isolated incident. But the out of control police brutality which is observed all over the States on a regular basis, shows us that this is a regular occurrence. (2)

I won’t even bother wasting my time providing more links to support this nationwide pandemic since anyone can find hundreds of cases in a matter of minutes searching the web for themselves. For those who don’t have time to do the research, checking few great facebook pages would help to sum it up. (3) (4) (see links in sources)

I also won’t waste my time going over the immorality and criminality which is strongly present among law enforcement officers today. Nor will I express my personal outrage about the lack of concern seen among a subservient public. Things are as they are because for too long people did nothing to resist ever growing tyranny, which has fed on compliance and spread like a cancer. But let’s leave the metaphors aside. Instead let’s think what would happen to me or you if we would strip search a woman while groping her on the ground? Sure enough we would get charged with sexual assault and sent to prison. And rightly so! But why something which is prohibited to some people, is allowed to others?

From Wikipedia: “Sexual assault is any involuntary sexual act in which a person is threatened, coerced, or forced to engage against their will, or any sexual touching of a person who has not consented. This includes rape (such as forced vaginal, anal or oral penetration), groping, forced kissing, child sexual abuse, or the torture of the victim in a sexual manner”

Does that exclude cops? Does it say what it says and continue: “unless done by the police officer or federal agent, in which case it is no longer seen as sexual assault but rather as standard procedure”. Do you remember the fairly recent case when woman was finger raped by the state trooper on the side of the road? What an outrage that was! (5)

Why is no one sent to prison? What kind of a justice system is in place? Why are people in uniforms or silky suits allowed to commit crimes while others in civilian clothing are jailed on traffic violations, medical pot use, or false arrests? It’s quite apparent that the Equality before the Law does not reflect reality these days. And while this woman should be charged with DUI, the cops who assaulted her should be charged with sexual assault. I would call that Justice.

Nobody is above the law. These cops are as bad or worst than criminals & should be in jail for their crimes ,Its happening more & more . Even when they get caught no charges are ever brought against them usually they get suspended with pay , what a laugh that is they get a vacation for committing a crime . Put them in jail They give good cops a black eye.
