The lander was said to have an effective mass of one gram in this comet's gravity. If the anchors had failed, and if the lander only weighed the same as a postage stamp, it wouldn't have been able to drill into the comet.
put breaks on the comet with balloon idea like little holes open up and close in front or to the sides even to slow comet down and bring it into a parked position
