planets dont move in 24h, so every country on planet will have the same chart on day of new solar year, just as children born on that day everywhere in the world , and with the same ascedent of aries (which is time of start of new year on local meridian) will also have allmost similar horoscope.
So you cant cast yearly prediction of countries this way – you should take important dates of countries , speculte about one date as probable birthday, and then make comparative/transition chart of aspects between its natal and new year chart to be able to use astrology for yearly predictions..
so maybe if there will be war realy between iran and israel or china and usa , it will be not beacause of this astrology charts , but because of idiots …
