THERE IS NO BUG WITH THE BASE STILL SHOOTING AT YOU, ITS BECAUSE ONE OF THE STORY MISSIONS DISABLES THE SUPER WEAPONS FOR THAT BASE AND THERE ARE MISSIONS TO DISABLE THE OTHER BASES SUPER WEAPONS eg: the base with the airstrikes and the base with the emp cannons. AND FOR SOME REASON ANYONE WHO PLAYS JUST CAUSE 3 FOR YOUTUBE VIDEOS DOESNT ACTUALLY PLAY THE STORY MISSIONS SO THEY DONT KNOW THIS, AND IT REALLY MAKES ME PISSED WHEN I WATCH MY FAV YOUTUBERS PLAY IT AND DONT REALISE THAT.

that's a WWI plane, they used spitfires in WWII
And also the Base shooting at you after liberation isn't a glitch. you just aren't far enough in the campaign.

You have to complete the game before Falco will stop air striking you
