Luis Rodriguez, 44, died in custody after five Oklahoma officers held him face down in a movie theater parking lot. A family attorney release cellphone video Tuesday shot by wife Nair Rodriguez, who is heard screaming ‘You kill him! You kill him! You killed my husband!”

Three officers have been placed on administrative leave following the disturbance outside a movie theater earlier this month.

Nair Rodriguez shot nearly six minutes of video as Moore Police Department officers held down her husband. “Papa!” she shouts as her husband appears not to move while being held facedown in the parking lot.

“Is he OK? He doesn’t move!” she wails.

Police said Luis Rodriguez was uncooperative when they tried to question him about domestic disturbance report in the parking lot of an Oklahoma movie theater. The man died in police custody.

Attorney Michael Brooks-Jimenez told reporters Tuesday that Luis did nothing wrong. Family members also appeared, but answered no questions.

“Luis committed no crime. He wasn’t armed. No gun. No knife. No weapon of any kind,” the lawyer said.

“But Luis is the one who lost his life that night,” he said.

Moore Police Chief Jerry Stillings said last week that police responded to a domestic disturbance complaint and tried to question Rodriguez but he was uncooperative. He was pepper-sprayed and restrained with two sets of handcuffs, Stillings said.

The wife can be heard telling officers her husband is not violent and the trouble had been between her and the couple’s 19-year-old daughter. She admits to striking the girl.

The Oklahoma State of Investigation has taken over the investigation. An autopsy is pending.
