I think it funny, that Icke is dumb enough to keep spouting a tale that has been debunked by many scholars, in many major universities. The letter is a forgery, written by William Guy Carr, and he was caught at it. On top of that, he was caught quoting the Taxil Hoax in his book, and trying to lie about his source, a Chilean Cardinal, saying it was something different. Cardinal Rodriguez, of Chile, clearly said that he got what he wrote from Leo Taxil, and Carr tried to lie, and claim it was a different. He was busted. The Cardinal admitted that he was quoting the Taxil Hoax.
The forged letter has many words that were unknown of during Pikes life, such as the words Nazi and Zionist.
David Icke got his idea for his lies from none other than Leo Taxil, and a quote that Taxil said in an interview. Taxil said that he saw that there was "much money to be made by being a Munchausen (liar) of the right kind", when he came up with the Taxil Hoax about Pike, Freemasonry, and the Catholic Church. The Hoax that Icke loves using, was admitted to be a hoax about the church itself, in the New Catholic Encyclopedia under the word imposture or impostor. Taxil, and his publishing friend, AC de la Rive, recanted all they wrote about Freemasonry in April 1897, before the press and clergy in Paris France.

Hoax or not, there is a plot to bring forth the one world order. It's hard to determine which side is which or if they're all in it together, to control humanity once and for all. These leaders are like magicians, the simplistic form of trickery. You keep their eyes fixated on a single hand and do something with the other while they're still mesmerized by the actions occurring on the first hand. Notice how every American was concerned about Syria and the President's decision to bomb them, then when their plan failed they got the Americans to focus on Ukraine. While that was occuring, everyone forgot about Syria, so Isis rose during this time. When Ukraine failed, the West brought their citizens back to focus on Syria. Now look ahead further, don't be mesmerized by the magic box in your living room. There are millions of refugees now. Something is bound to happen with them, keep your eyes peeled. The magician is about to pick up his opposing hand for the hundredth time.

We need an exhilarating, evolutionary, all-persuasive model of self-governance that can be shown to the masses as infinitely preferable to the system, and which gets everyone talking about how amazing it is. That is what will give enforcers like cops and soldiers pause to see there is an alternative. It needs to produce abundance and be actively seen to benefit every member of the community. It must be self-governing and must become independent of banks, corporations and governments, and if it isn't 100% independent, it needs to be having that dialogue. There is a solution to every perceived problem. HUMANITY WILL THEN GO FROM SELF-PERCEIVED VICTIMS TO A FULL REALIZATION OF THEIR INFINITE POTENTIAL FOR EMPOWERMENT.
