Those coastal Netherlands units were there all along. You just tunnel-visioned a bit too much towards your coastal crush. It really is no big deal as a lack of supply is absolutely brutal in this mod. The North African units were at full strength and no supply… had an instant 0/0 tap against all of them… and suddenly HQ's that had 999 were only 50 men in less than 2 days. The only full division over there fell almost to dust as well. The desert environment may have some harsh modifiers to such, but I dare say that those units moving around up there are going down fast.

I think you should have kept back in the North Sea right from the beginning. As germany you´re already fighting on 3 fronts on land. Basically rendering naval units irreplacable, because you will need all your military production for your ground forces, and maybe emerging airforce.
If a Dreadnought costs as much as an InfDiv, but takes only about half a year, you could build 8 InfDivs instead, which can make all the difference on a huge front like the Eastern front. Meanwhile 2 Dreadnoughts, will give you little immediate gain, considering the immensity of the Allied Fleet.
Ofc you should keep Doomstacking, but much more aware of your losses and damadge, trying to conserve your forces as much as possible.
That is my view on this anyways.
But then again you´re amaerican, and you folks always have more luck then sense, but it let´s you succeed anyways.

Episode 10: Operation: The Happy Time
This episode can be summed up as simply saying that everything went the German way. There were no real shocks or twists of fate dealt by the Allies or the AI. The Germans had nice steady progress and success across all fronts… and the ocean.
The Serbian sausage grinder was stabilized and a little bit of border gore was evened out. The mountainous terrain and stacks of varied units coming from 5 different nations is making it a bit of a mess to coordinate.. but at least the upper hand belongs to the Central Powers.
The Russian front was generally rested far north and far south, but the middle saw a nice steady advance and push into the Russian belly. Combat losses were relatively high, but lots of land was taken.
The North Africa campaign was swift and brutal. The English forces (totaling 17,769 men) had absolutely no supplies and could not fight. They were pressed into the deep desert and suffered horrid attrition in a shot span of time and were mercifully killed off. The French (all off screen) started to nibble at German possessions somewhere in Africa. I did not know if if was in the north or the south… but they are getting a little froggy on the fringe since the English fell flat.
The primary line with the French was whisper quiet.
The Italians laid into the southern frontier with intense ferocity, driving the French back three full pro… just kidding… the Italians haven't done a damn thing except harass a little shipping now and then.
The real meat of this episode is the drive across the Netherlands. Amsterdam is flanked and almost surrounded. Allied forces (several armies, in fact) have been pressed into 5 coastal provinces and could face annihilation on a scale that would rival the Russian losses from their pocket. Three of the coastal provinces have ports, so it is conceivable that they could start evacuations… but the German navy is prowling hard. one unit was overrun for 15,418 surrenders.
Germany lost 10 ships (3 pre-dreadnoughts) and placed an order for 2 slick and modern ones… but that is a two year wait. The Allies lost 26 ships (6 pre-dreadnoughts and 7 dreadnoughts.. ouch!)
    There were 96 battles
Losses were: Allies (with surrender): 49,954 and Germany: 14,020
Campaign totals are: Allied: 319,504 and Germany: 80,477

The fleets in Irak and in the mediterranean sea are useless

The Allied naval losses stand at 295 ships of which 87 are capital.
    2 torpedo boats, 4 subs, 33 destroyers, 78 protected cruisers, 15 light cruisers, 76 armored cruisers, 1 battle cruiser, 74 pre-dreadnoughts, and 12 dreadnoughts.
After a ton of stabbing at a calculator, this comes to : 2,015 IC years of sunk British ships under these fairly cheap production numbers. This is based upon German practicals as I have no access to the Allied ones. They are likely to be a little cheaper. Alas, this only accounts for German combat. The other allies, even the Italians, have sunk Allied shipping as well These numbers are likely to be 25% higher. This all represents a solid 20 years of spare IC production of the Allies. A glorious beat-down by the Germans indeed. (edited for some typos)

Austrians and the Germans actually had a little trouble in the beginning. Half of east Prussia was lost, and Russia advanced in Galicia, taking the important fortress city of Przemysl.

Benjamin, would you consider playing as Russia for your next campaign? It is a real challenge, especially because at the 1910 start you have 180 i.c but need 115 consumer goods and 95 supplies (210 total.) But it's doable if you focus on improving your industry/supply technology first and foremost. (Figured i'd tell you this cause you may get into it and have troubles with I.C and seeing as its a playthrough you can't exactly restart in the middle.)

If you have conquer already it will conquer it no mater how many times you acquire territory so when you go to war goals just go to conquer and if it's not there you will conquer it. However note that if a leading country(uk) falls you might need to redo. Also if you are at war with a country that is not in a faction and then it joins into a faction you need to redo the war goal for that nation.
