It could be a pocket of gas ignited by the flare, there have been similar events but who knows you could be right.

Here we go again.
The rumor mill is already stirring up more armchair astronomers and ufologists.
According to some webpages out there, the folks that operate the imaging system either:
1. Are covering up something, or.
2. Don’t know their ass from their elbow.
The genius in the above video must see flying saucers everywhere.
I bet he saw flying saucers in comet elenins tail as well.
Couldn’t possibly be anything else so it must be a spaceship.
