You have blocks keeping your door open place a stock pile down on every door way and set it to nothing this will help on keeping the doors clear. with the drug policy set on all on mood only set it on 30 so when they mood drops to 30 they will have a smoke thats it other wise they will get stoned out off they heads. if it was me i would break down the new ship and have every one who can haul to haul every thing back to base if you have no space do a stock pile out side and do a roof over it that way they do not need to go far to get stuff. As for them eating raw food – they will eat whatever is closest. So if you don't have people efficiently hauling crops, they will prioritize the closest food no matter what it is. I like to make a separate zone just for meals and put it right in front of the entrance to the storage area, and to set hauling to 1 for one person and whatever I want them doing most of the time to 2 and the rest to 3 or lower.
You have to check the second column on the drug policies to make them use drugs when their mood is low
