It's overwhelming to think about those who owned those relics, it makes you think about their families, combat buddies, it's amazing just think about the morning they woke up, and they didn't know they'd die that day, and 70 years after you found those things, it's like you're making a connection with the soldier who wore and you don't even know him
Fantastic videos guys! My grandfather on mum's side was a British infantry soldier and on dad 's side a flight sergeant in the Luftwaffe (killed on the Eastern Front in '45),so appreciate these wonderful scenes. Thanks again!

very interesting videos of you guys! but i have two questions. What do you do with all these finds? do you just pick out the interesting parts and leave the rest there in the forest or do you dispose the rest? and the second, is it legal to take all these parts with you or do you need a kind of permission of the local agency? sry for the bad english ;)

i lived in a small town of kharkov district in 2006, had a friend whom with we went out on a picnic, we just digged up a little hole in order to place woods and have fire, we found some insignas of german forces….he then sold them out for some 50 dollars….it cant be forgotten by me even now….i want to buy a metal detector and want to have my own collection if i find, wont ever sell it :)
