Russia, China, and Iran defend the Syrian government against the US created and trained Islamic State, which was to overthrow Assad and install the Saudi – Qatar oil pipeline using the Petro Dollar. Now, the US and the Jewish central bankers are losing control of the dollar as the world's reserve currency. China backs the Yuan with gold, the dollar loses 75% of its value, and the military bases around the world begin to close. No WWIII, but pretty close and another economic collapse in America which makes 2008 look like a matza ball.
My guess is that the Pakistanis will launch nukes against India. India is doing everything it can to grow its economy out of "haji-land" where half the population cooks with its own shit for fuel. My guess is that the Pak nation is going to want to stop that from happening. And honestly, it might be a GOOD thing for the Indian Nation to have a few 10's of millions die and, especially, to have an opportunity to rebuild the tired infrastructure that was built upon mountains of human shit and garbage these last fifty years.
Go and look at the list of wars the United States have been involved in the last 200 + yrs they really are the most aggressive nation on the planet!

I don't think there'd be a world war 3. I think it'll just be a war between two giant countries with other countries not wanting to take part in it. The perfect storm would have to happen to get all countries involved. WW1 and WW2 all happened because a lot of places had a stake in the fight. However, these days, countries are backing off and trying to avoid a fight altogether.
Honestly, I believe a war between US and China will happen. Those very same sea-bound obstacles China faces were the same ones that prompted Japan to attack Pearl Harbor in the first place and get the US involved. Japan wanted to thrive as a country but couldn't due to restrictions/limitations in the sea. We're seeing the same thing happen with China. History will repeat itself.
I really hope it doesn't come down to this. :c I'm an American and I fucking love this world. I love my country's cultural diversity (we're a land composes of immigrants). I love China, their kung fu films, and headstrong desire to rise as a strong country. I love Russia strong military history, which includes renowned sniper Lyudmila Pavlichenko. I love Japan's sense of efficiency (always trying to invent ways to create a cleaner environment). So many countries have so many wonderful things to show and offer. It's just a shame that the very differences that make everyone unique also pose as the obstacle to make everyone get along.
