I think a journalist should ask Trump "If you could see your whole life from start to finish, would you change things?"

The most saddest part in Arrival was Abbott….. He knew he was going to die but kept on. Abbott was a true hero!

Why should we cry when we hear such music? Do we not have enough pain to look into? We already have and yet we have to learn how to step on them and go on being ready for the next crushing events and living them with the widest smile we ever have. Usually most people wouldn't stay with sad and weak people for long. Sadness should be reasonable and it is not when you compare. Graces are uncountable and calamities can be worse. Ultimately , as long as you are not willing to be guilty then be satisfied and happy. And clear your debts. Forgive people.

There are days that define your story beyond your life. Like the day they arrived.

I've noticed many movies reuse a lot of these soundtracks but I'm not complaining I could listen to this all day I would just like to know who accidentally hit the dislike button for this song.

Arrival is a cinema masterpiece. And this song, along with that ending, left me like an open faucet. I was breathless.

I was praying rely hard that the movie isn't horrible. and it wasn't, it was quite charming even at times. did not blow my mind by any means, but this score truly does

I don't cry in the theatre. I have a made a point of not crying in the theatre.
I watched the film Arrival, and there I sat, bawling. Crying hard, releasing tears that haven't seen fresh air for years.
I don't know what about this film, the way it was shot, the story, the acting, or perhaps, just this song, the way it was inserted, the way it played alongside what my mind was interpreting, I cried there. And as the film ended, someone looked over at me and asked if I was OK. And I looked at them smiling. I hadn't been better in a while. This film, if not purely for its ending, has reached the top of my list for favorite films. I will always look upon it as a film that defied a genre that was reserved for sex, eye candy, explosions and action, and made something that was philosophical, deep, and with the most raw and real sense, emotional.
When a film causes a grown man to shudder when he breathes, when it causes his knees to feel weak and his eyes to let go, you know that film is genuinely beautiful.

This song can be heard in multiple movies. Most recently in 'Arrival'. but I've also heard it in 'Stranger than Fiction' and 'Shutter Island'. Amazing song!
