USa has a long record of undermining govts.. in latin America it spent decades supporting far-right military juntas. but they got out of control, when Argentina invaded the Falklands, the Americans didn't know whether to support the Argies ( who'd "disappeared" thousands of their own ppl ) or UK ,their oldest and firmest ally.. thankfully the Argentinians had been US-trained and were a psuh over for British forces.. the South Vietnamese and modern Iraq army had been US trained and both were a shambles when in action without massive support from US aircraft and ground forces.

Russia has ordered to move again the Ship of War Kutnetzov mighty ship to the Mediterranean and probably to the Israel or Syrian coast to be ready to bombard ISIS with Cruise Missiles and that means that Putin is reacting to the last bombardment of Usa and England of soldiers of Syria and give the opportunity to Isis to re-attack the same place to adquire a new better position.
