The west encircles Moscow ???????? & Russia capitulates ????????????? I don’t think so, someone has a vivid if not naïve imagination.
If wars were so simple there would be many more, god help us.
However, serious negotiations need to be undertaken by ALL leaders or things will spiral out of control, something I hope no-one seriously wants.
